Holy crap! It’s April already! I can’t believe it. I really have no idea where March went. I’m going to blame work. But hey, at least spring is almost here for real now, right? My allergies are protesting, but I couldn’t be happier.
Compared to February, March was pretty darn boring. I read some books, instituted a new way of keeping myself on track with reviews and … caught up on reviews. That’s probably the most exciting thing that happened. In one four-day stretch, I wrote 15 reviews. Woo hoo! Here’s to (hopefully) not getting behind like that again!
I’m still updating my reviews so they’re indexed in my new blog layout. I hope to be done by June… but that might be a lofty goal.
Also, I have a new obsession… bangles. I blame Vilma’s Vixens. They introduced me to them and now I’m in love. I’ve bought a few in the last week or so. These are the two that have arrived so far. Fascinate Me with Love is an Alex and Ani bracelet. The Vixen bangle is from Tag Your “It” on Etsy.
That’s about all I’ve got this month. Let’s get with the breakdown, shall we?

I read some fantastic books this month. It was so difficult to narrow it down!
A bit of a blue theme this month, eh?
Looking Ahead
I’m excited for April! Not only does it bring warmer weather, but it means it’s time for cherry blossoms, too… which are a bit of a double-edged sword. I love looking at them, but I hate all the tourists. (Sorry, folks who visit DC. It’s really nothing personal.) I might force myself out to take photos this year after missing the blossoms the last two years. Maybe. Or I might just enjoy photos from years past.
Books I need in my life immediately!
(or that I did when I began this post earlier in the week…)
And, of course, I have to mention just a few April releases I read early that you MUST check out. I loved these books so hard!

That’s pretty much it for now! Have a great month! 🙂
Lovely photos! I have a cherry blossom tree in my front yard and love how beautiful it looks when it blooms. But sadly doesn’t last very long, especially with the fickle Ohio weather.
Can’t WAIT to get my hands on Niall’s book!! And to talk about it with you!
Wow look at those gorgeous cherry blossom pictures! I love them! That’s so cool! And I love those bracelets of yours! I can’t wait to read Changing His Game and Sweet!
