As September comes to a close, I figured it’s time to knock out some more of the reviews I’ve been sitting on. So, another edition of Minute Reviews it is!
One Night has been on my TBR for freaking ages. Truthfully, I’m actually embarrassed by how long it took me to get around to it. I have no real excuse either. I enjoyed it, but it just wasn’t love for me.
Who’d have thought pairing up a Wall Street investor and the SEC agent investigating him for fraud and insider trading would result in such magic? Lauren, apparently. I freaking loved Ian and Laura and their story. The forbidden nature of their relationship, combined with their wicked hot chemistry, made Hot Asset an absolutely delightful read. One that I devoured in a few short hours.
Can I give I Think I Love You more than five stars? I’m not kidding. I freaking LOVED this book. Hunter and Brit’s best friends with benefits to more relationship was perfection.
Lucy Parker continues to amaze! This hate-to-love romance was funny, sexy and swoony, and and just enough feels to make my heart totally happy. I absolutely adored Trix and Leo. Enemies to lovers will always be one of my favorite tropes and I love how […]
It’s the start of a new week that means a new Monday Musts post! Are you ready to see what I’m calling a Must Read, Must Listen and Must See this week?
I’m totally in love with Tara Sivec’s Naughty Princess Club series. At the Stroke of Midnight was a fantastic introduction into this hilarious and sexy retelling. I was so excited for the follow up, In Bed with the Beast. And guess what? I loved it!
Does it make me completely shallow if I admit the cover is what first drew my attention to On the Line? I mean, is anyone surprised? Hello abs. Plus, you know, football player. I’m a sucker for a sports romance, especially when the hero is a football player, so I was all over this one.
I’ll be honest with you, the cover is what first drew me in to Under a Storm-Swept Sky when I first saw it in an Entangled newsletter. But when I read the blurb, I thought it sounded like a great read, one to escape into. It was that and more. The romance, the setting, the emotions all made it a fantastic book.
Generally speaking, I tend to shy away from women’s fiction. But, when you find out one of your favorite author duos is releasing a new book that sounds really good, no matter the genre, you read it. Or at least I do. That’s what happened with Love and Other Words. I regret nothing.
One and Only was absolutely delightful! I’d never read any of Jenny Holiday’s books prior to this one, but the cover drew me in and I was intrigued by the reviews I saw. Plus, I enjoy a good romance set around a wedding. This one […]
