WHAT I’VE BEEN READING
I finished the newest Christina Lauren book a few days ago. I wasn’t sure what to expect from it when I started (because I didn’t read the blurb ahead of time) but I enjoyed it a lot. I’m about done with Lucky Star and loving it! I should have finished it this week, but I’ve had a hard time focusing this week so my reading was virtually non-existent.

WHAT’S HAPPENING
Virginia is heading into a heat wave for the weekend and your girl doesn’t do hot and humid weather. If you need me, I’ll be spending my time indoors. I haven’t quite figured out what I will get into, but I have a few things on my list — sewing, reading, blogging, cleaning, dyeing my hair, bonding more with Muffin, watching TV, scrolling TikTok… I’m sure I’ll find a few things to keep my attention while I hibernate for the next three days. 😉
