Y’all, I have a new bookish love — or maybe two to be exact — Mak and Declan in Maya Hughes’ Shameless King. It was hate-to-love with a side of second chance romance at it’s very best. I need some more Kings of Rittenhouse in my life soon.

I was really nervous about Van because, well, he wasn’t the most likable guy in Lucas. But OMG did I fall in love with him and this book. Van had some major grump going on, but underneath it all he was amazing.
Lucy Parker continues to amaze! This hate-to-love romance was funny, sexy and swoony, and and just enough feels to make my heart totally happy. I absolutely adored Trix and Leo. Enemies to lovers will always be one of my favorite tropes and I love how […]
Alex, Approximately was of the “grin until your cheeks hurt” variety of books. And boy, did I ever love it. Books like this one remind me of why, even as I near 40 years old, I’m still compelled to pick up YA every now and then.
I’m totally in love with Tara Sivec’s Naughty Princess Club series. At the Stroke of Midnight was a fantastic introduction into this hilarious and sexy retelling. I was so excited for the follow up, In Bed with the Beast. And guess what? I loved it!
Getting Schooled gets an A+ from me! From Emma’s writing to the audiobook dream team Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber, it was absolutely perfect. I usually find road trips boring and/or exhausting, but I had the best drive EVER across the mountains of western Maryland thanks to this book. I couldn’t love it more if I tried.
I was so excited when I learned Sarina was giving us May’s story in Speakeasy. I’ll admit I was also a little unsure about pairing her with Alec because there was so much in the past books about her being into women. But, I had absolutely nothing to worry about.
As soon as I finished The Ones Who Got Away, I began the countdown for The One You Can’t Forget. I was fortunate to get an eARC and I dove in pretty much the second I got my hands on it
It’s been weeks since I finished The Hate U Give and I’m still struggling to put into words just how amazing this book is and just what it did to me. No words I can string together can possibly do it justice. But, I’m going […]
You know that feeling when you’re so into a book that everything around you disappears? That feeling you get when the characters are so charming that you cheesy grin your way through the entire book? When you finish with a swoony sigh and kinda want to hug the book to your chest? That was The Kiss Quotient for me.
