Five Things Friday

TGIF, y’all! I’m so happy it’s Friday and that I get to share my mini weekly recap with you. Keep reading to see some of my new books and what was keeping me busy this week!

If you’ve been visiting my blog for a while now, you might know that Five Things Friday was born out of a desire to include more of ME on my blog. It’s gone through a couple of iterations now, but I’m pretty happy with where it’s landed.

FAVORITE BOOK(S) OF THE WEEK

The Rogue of Fifth Avenue One Fine Duke

I’ve been reading a lot of backlist historical romance books lately and I couldn’t be happier. I just read my first Joanna Shupe AND Lenora Bell books. I’ll be going back for more soon. These were both absolutely wonderful. 😍

THIS WEEK’S OBSESSION

Yes, for the third (?) week in a row, I’m all about Love is Blind. I don’t know what I’m going to do now that it’s over! I need more folks to obsess over. 😂

PHOTO OF THE WEEK

Can I tell you how much I love these flowers? I bought them at Trader Joe’s last week and they’re still going strong. They’re just so pretty. The book stack was a pain to set up as mass markets don’t like to stay open very well, but I loved the result.

THIS WEEK IN A NUTSHELL

Honestly, I don’t have a lot to say about this week. It’s just been … a week. Nothing truly of note happened. But I’ll tell you this much, I am SO HAPPY it’s the weekend. I’m sure I’ll wind up getting into something, but as of right now, my only plan is to relax and read as much as I can.
