This is the first time I’ve done a product review on the blog, so bear with me. When the folks from DesignEvo reached out to me and asked if I would be open to reviewing their online logo maker, I thought sure why not. It’s relevant to my interests, if not 100% relevant to the blog. But, as many of us own small businesses, there’s a need for logos or branding. If graphic design isn’t your thing, the DesignEvo Logo Maker is a great, easy and affordable option.
I’m not in the market for a new logo as I’m still rather fond of my logo, but it was fun to pretend. The DesignEvo Logo Maker had several bookish options, as well as a lot of more abstract designs. It took me all of 15 minutes to put this one together:
Not too bad, eh?
As a designer, I especially appreciated the customization options. If you already have a color palette in mind, you can use those colors. You can even do custom gradients, which I thought was a nice touch. The font selection was pretty good, too. There were well over 100 options — from traditional serif and sans serif fonts to handwritten and more whimsical fonts. It was fun to play around and preview the different options.
If you opt to create a logo with the DesignEvo Logo Maker, you can save a low-res version for free. You have to give a credit whenever it’s used, however. If you’d prefer a high-res version, you have two options — basic or plus. Right now, both packages are on sale. Basic will cost you $24.99 (reg. $39.99) and Plus is $49.99 (reg. $99.99). Here’s a rundown of what you get in each package:
I’m also pleased to offer you an exclusive discount now through Nov. 26, 2018. Once you’ve created a logo, use code KIMBERLYFAYEREADS at checkout to save 30%. (Important note: the fee is per logo, not unlimited, so make sure you’ve decided on a final version before purchasing.)
