The first week of the 2018 ARCtober Reading Challenge is in the books! I wish I had better news to report, but it wasn’t my best reading week ever. I only finished one ARC! I’m totally ashamed. But, that’s what happens when work life and current events seep in and make it tough to focus on reading.
As a reminder, the 2018 ARCtober Reading Challenge is hosted by me, Brittany & Elizabeth’s Book Boutique, Samantha @ The Book Disciple and Nancy @ Tales of the Ravenous Reader. We also have an awesome #bookstagram challenge happening over on Instagram. If you’re not already following us, here are some links:

Goals
My goal for ARCtober is pretty simple — read 12 ARCs. I’m also hoping to review them during the challenge timeframe, but let’s not get too carried away. ?
Week One
The bad news is I only finished one ARC during the first week of ARCtober. The good news is I actually did review it! Huzzah! I’ll take the little victories right now. ? Plus, it was a great book so that counts for something, right?
Total: 1/12

Are you participating in ARCtober?
How’d you do this first week?
I’ve finished 5 arcs. I currently have to put the arcs on hold for a couple days bc some library loans came through. But once I’m done I’ll be back at the challenge.
