ARC-tober Reading Challenge: Week Three Update

Posted October 22, 2017 by Kim in Challenges, Just for Fun / 0 Comments

The third week of my ARC-tober Reading Challenge is done! What do you say we take a look at my progress and the books I read? I’ll have a new update post here each Sunday, in case you want to follow my progress. 🙂

A quick reminder of the ARC-tober rules:

  • Read ARCs
  • Use #ARCtober on social media to check-in

My main goal is pretty simple — read 15 ARCs in October. My secondary goal would be to *actually* write reviews for said ARCs before the end of the month.

Bourbon Kingdom Meghan Quinn Maverick Karina Halle Most of All You Mia Sheridan

I knocked out another three ARCs this week! I started a fourth, but football got in the way. I’m gonna need to pick it up if I hope to meet my goal for the challenge! It was a super busy week that didn’t leave a whole lot of reading time, but I made the most of what I had. Hopefully this coming week is a little slower and allows for more reading time. I really enjoyed the ARCs I read this week. Two of the three hit my “faves of 2017” list. Bourbon Kingdom was the same awesome book crack the rest of the Bourbon series has been. Maverick was a tad bit lighter than Karina’s usual books, but still brought the feels and the sexy. Most of All You totally ripped my heart out — in the best way possible — and put me back together. What a gorgeous book.

This leaves me 9/15 for the challenge so far! (And 5/9 on my secondary review challenge!)
