Posted August 20, 2015 by Kim in Challenges, Giveaway / 113 Comments

Hi everyone! I hope you’re having a great time doing Bout of Books and that your reading is going as planned. πŸ™‚ Are you ready for a little break? Take a few minutes and do my Four Seasons in Book Covers Challenge! You could win a book of your choice from Book Depository (up to $12 USD) in my international giveaway!

For this challenge, you need to convey the four seasons in book covers – through color, title, cover, etc. You can be literal or take a more creative approach. Anything goes! Just show me four seasons in book covers. πŸ™‚

Here are a couple of examples using books from my shelf, to get you started.

I think this is a fun challenge, but you might have to stretch your brain a little to come up with your picks. But that’s half the fun, right? πŸ™‚

The Rules

  1. Find a book cover to represent each season – spring, summer, fall and winter. Take a photo, make a graphic or (if you’re an eBook reader) a list of your picks.
  2. ShareΒ yourΒ photo, graphic or listΒ on your blog, Instagram, Twitter or anywhere else publicly. If you tweet it, don’t forget to mention me @kimberlyreads and use the hashtag #4SeasonsBookCovers!
  3. Comment below with a link to your challenge picture (Or,Β list out your picks for each season.)
  4. YouΒ MUST be participating in Bout of Books 14 – AND complete this challenge – to be eligible to win the giveaway.
  5. HAVE FUN!

You must be an official Bout of Books 14 participant AND complete this challenge to be eligible for this giveaway! Other giveaway rules apply.

Good luck!
