My rating:

For the first time since their relationship started, Fin and Marisol are on different pages in the bedroom, but Marisol is determined to make their last few days together count. Each moment is precious, but each shreds her fragile heart a little more. Can they get back on track and figure out a way to stay together even with thousands of miles between them?

*This is a novella of 20K words and the fourth in a series of novellas. They will release on the third Thursday of every month. The total number of episodes isn't final, but it will be from 12-14, which is two novel's worth of content. Due to adult content, this is not appropriate for anyone under the age of 17*

In Review My Thoughts

Ahhhhhh. This series. It takes a lot of patience and discipline to read a novella serial and really, I’m trying my best. I love Marisol and Fin so much and I’m so addicted to their story, that it’s incredible difficult to wait a month between installments. When the latest arrives, I all but devour it and then have to attempt to wait patiently for the next one. Episode four was no exception.

The fourth installment of their story begins with Fin and Marisol attempting to overcome a pretty big obstacle in the bedroom (and their relationship). It won’t be easy, but he’s willing to try and she’s trying to be patient and encouraging and not feel hurt. As has been the case in the previous episodes, they’re still making their secret for sex exchange and more about Fin’s past is revealed. All this, combined with the ticking clock on their time together, made this installment real and emotional.

I’ve read several serials as of late, but this one continues to be my favorite. The characters are rich and well-developed. The sexy times are hot. The plot is interesting and engaging and I love the combination of romance with the mystery about Fin’s past. I’ve been kept guessing and, more often than not, on the edge of my seat as one installment ends and the wait for the next begins.

I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
