An erotic romance behind glass

The first time she sees her new neighbor, his sexy smile arouses her curiosity -- and her desires. His hard, chiseled muscles and playful invitations are irresistible.

Bared before their windows, framed and displayed above the streets of Paris, they embark upon a provocative affair.

Their daring game of exhibitionism lures her back for more and more, and she quickly realizes he is the man she has dreamed about.

Yet she's never heard his voice. Never felt his touch. Never thought she'd experience something this exquisite.

Or this bold...

in review my thoughts

“When life gives you windows, you peer through them. But do you ever really see what’s on the other side of the glass? What mysteries go unsolved because of a dismissive glance? What adventures await? What secrets lie beyond the glass?”

I don’t typically read erotica, but the cover and the synopsis for this book drew me in. It seemed like there would be enough of a plot to keep me interested. Plot plus steamy sex scenes? Yes, please. When I was approved for a review copy from NetGalley I was thrilled.

The concept of two characters carrying on an affair, of sorts, without ever touching each other was one that intrigued me. This novella delivered. The main character was interesting. The setting was perfection. I mean, Paris? Where better to carry out a love affair – even if it’s one that involves no touching… of the other person, at least. This novella was descriptive and well-written and the plot was engaging. The sex scenes were super hot… as you would expect.

Michele Renae wrote a fantastic story of lust and longing. Window one ended with one hell of a cliffhanger and I can’t wait to see what these characters do next. If you’re looking for a short, steamy, well-written novella, give this one a shot.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher, via NetGalley, in exchange for an honest review. All quotes come from the review copy and may differ from the final version.

About Michele Renae

Michele Hauf is an author of over 60 stories in the fantasy, action/adventure, historical and paranormal romance genres, and now writes erotica as Michele Renae.

Michele is good at daydreaming, kitty wrangling, navigating Paris from memory, and locating parking spots close to the front door. She is not so good at making bath bombs, being patient in line at the Post Office, and reading only one book at a time.
