Following Avery Flynn’s lead in Trouble, it added a little darker, more suspenseful storyline to the mix. I really appreciated the extra bit of oomph it provided for the story.
I was hopelessly addicted to this book and these characters from the very start. It was a fun read, but it wasn’t without depth and feels — good and bad. I loved it so, so much.
Hi everyone! I’m excited to announce the winner of my latest TBR List poll today. Thanks to everyone who played along! Look for my review of this book on the last Saturday of the month. 🙂
Y’all, this one was SO FREAKING GOOD. First, it had the super sexy second chance romance I have been loving from the Bad Boy Homecoming series, but it also added a bit of suspense and that drew me even further in.
TGIF, y’all! I’m so happy it’s Friday and that I get to share my mini weekly recap with you. Keep reading to see some of my new books and what was keeping me busy this week!
I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it — I love romance novella series. The Bad Boy Homecoming series gave me the perfect opportunity to check out four new-to-me authors while reading one of my favorite tropes — the second chance romance.
I love love love the idea of spotlighting a title from my shelf (or, you know, my eReader) and seeing what you think about it. Sometimes it seems like everyone is reading the same books at the same time and older titles have a way of just fading from the radar.
Despite loving the first book in the Scandal & Scoundrel series, this one has been sitting on my iPad just waiting to be read, for ages. I am glad I finally picked it up. It definitely kept me turning the pages!
Happy hump day, y’all! It’s time for a little midweek reading round up as I talk about what I’m currently reading, what I recently finished and what I’m waiting to read — either an upcoming release or a book from my TBR.
I REALLY enjoyed The Good Fight. It was as delightfully hot and dirty as the first two books in the series and I found it easy to get totally lost in it.
