Sunday Post [57]

Sunday Post

Welcome to my Sunday Post!

This week was SO MUCH BETTER than last week. I got my butt in gear and looked at a few apartments before ultimately deciding to apply for a place in the first complex I checked out. I got in! I’ll sign the lease next week, hopefully, but it’s mine. As much of a HUGE change as it will be to live alone for the first time since 2001, I’m really excited about it. I’m decidedly less excited about the packing/moving/unpacking thing, but oh well. Not much I can do about that part! The new apartment is closer to work and will end up cutting my commute in half. So that’s pretty awesome. Plus, I have some friends who live nearby, so that’s another bonus.

Favorite Book Quotes

“Some things don’t last forever, but some things do. Like a good song, or a good book, or a good memory you can take out and unfold in your darkest times, pressing down on the corners and peering in close, hoping you still recognize the person you see there.”

Hi! I’m excited to have Elle Kennedy on the blog today. Elle’s a relatively new-to-me author, so I’m excited she agreed to do an interview with me. Now I can get to know her a little better, and share some great info with you. So, enjoy the Q&A and make sure you check out the info on her latest book, One Night of Scandal. If you need any reasons why you should pick it up, you’ll find a link to my review there. It should give you a few reasons. :)
